Samantha Starmer is currently Vice President of Global Digital Experiences for Ralph Lauren in New York City. Her passion is the intersection between humans and technology and how to ideate, create, and deliver holistic customer experiences across time and space, physical and digital. Samantha has over 15 years of experience in leading large, customer experience and product management programs from strategy through design and execution at companies such as REI, Razorfish Microsoft and Amazon. Samantha has taught graduate level courses at the University of Washington and Kent State University, and has been fortunate to write, present and teach globally on digital product design, service design and customer experience.
